Store Policies

Tailoring & Alteration Services

  • Atelier'd does not refund tailoring or alteration services.

  • All alterations are considered final sale once completed.

Pick-Up Requirements

  • Completed items must be picked up within 30 days of completion notification.

  • Storage fees of $10 per week will apply to items not collected within 30 days.

  • Items not collected within 90 days of completion may be donated to charity or disposed of at Atelier'd's discretion.

Custom Work & Special Orders

Order Commitment

  • Custom work and special orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • All custom orders are final sale.

Deposit Requirements

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of placing any custom order.

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion or at final fitting.

Fitting Timeline

  • Fittings must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of order completion.

  • Failure to schedule a fitting within this timeframe may result in additional fees or forfeiture of deposit.

Rental Policy

Return Requirements

  • All rental items must be returned by 11:00 AM on the business day immediately following your event.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original accessories and packaging.

Late Fees

  • Late returns are subject to a fee of $200 per day.

  • Fees will be charged to the credit card on file.

Exchange/Return Policy for Retail Apparel

Items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

Important: Atelier'd does not offer refunds. All sales are final, and exchanges are only available for store credit.
